About this appointment

Tooth extraction in Peshawar from PKR 2,000 at DentalTouch, Nasir Bagh Road — near DHA Peshawar.

When a tooth is too damaged to save — by deep decay, severe fracture, advanced gum disease, or failed root canal — extraction is the most appropriate treatment. DentalTouch handles both simple and surgical extractions.

Simple extraction (loosened or single-root tooth): The tooth is loosened with an elevator instrument and removed with forceps under local anaesthesia. Most patients feel pressure but no pain. PKR 2,000–8,000.

Surgical extraction (impacted, multi-rooted, or broken tooth at the gumline): Requires a small incision to access the tooth, which may be sectioned (cut into pieces) for removal. Used for badly broken teeth and impacted molars. PKR 8,000–25,000.

Aftercare after tooth extraction: • Bite on gauze for 30–45 minutes to form a clot • Avoid rinsing, spitting, or using a stra
